A Vision of the Future

In 1975 Robert McCulloch and Ken Komick stood on the desert hillside above the shores of Lake Havasu and both proclaimed that they would one day live here. at the Lake. at Havasu Riviera. Since that day Havasu Riviera has been a thought. a concept. an object. something formed by the imagination of these great Lake Havasu forefathers.

After decades of planning this Vision has become reality.  Located along the shores of Lake Havasu, and the west coast of Arizona, Havasu Riviera encompasses everything desirable in Lake Havasu – the desert, the lake, the beauty and the lifestyle that is Lake Havasu.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a HOA?

Yes.  There is a master association – the Havasu Riviera Community Association.  Each neighborhood within the community has a tract declaration that may, or may not have, separate covenants, rules and regulations and neighborhood assessments based upon the amount of common areas, landscaping, types of streets and amenities provided in the neighborhood.

What are the HOA fees?

Current HOA fees vary from $140 to $180 per month depending upon neighborhood.

Will there be any common community facilities?

The master association will have common community facilities including entry station, gates, security, sidewalks, streets, landscaping, amenity center with pools, various courts and common areas, trailheads and hiking trails.  Individual neighborhoods may have facilities and amenities unique and exclusive to the neighborhood.

What are the setbacks?

Lot setbacks can vary but in general are:  Front – 20 feet, Rear – 15 feet, Sides – 5 feet.  The approved lot exhibit stipulates the setbacks for each lot and the design guidelines, and any supplements, further define building setbacks within each neighborhood.

How many homes are there in the community?

The master plan for Riviera consists of 250 acres of mixed use and residential development.  Current development and planning has eight primary neighborhoods with around 600 residential units at full buildout.
