Part of what makes Riviera Lake Havasu truly unique is the variety of neighborhoods and homesites within it. This world-class Southwest residential community currently consists of five spectacular neighborhoods, each with unique draws that make them perfect for building or buying the home of your dreams.

Yes. There is a master association – the Havasu Riviera Community Association. Each neighborhood within the community has a tract declaration that may, or may not have, separate covenants, rules and regulations and neighborhood assessments based upon the amount of common areas, landscaping, types of streets and amenities provided in the neighborhood.
Current HOA fees vary from $140 to $180 per month depending upon neighborhood.
The master association will have common community facilities including entry station, gates, security, sidewalks, streets, landscaping, amenity center with pools, various courts and common areas, trailheads and hiking trails. Individual neighborhoods may have facilities and amenities unique and exclusive to the neighborhood.
Lot setbacks can vary but in general are: Front – 20 feet, Rear – 15 feet, Sides – 5 feet. The approved lot exhibit stipulates the setbacks for each lot and the design guidelines, and any supplements, further define building setbacks within each neighborhood.
The master plan for Riviera consists of 250 acres of mixed use and residential development. Current development and planning has eight primary neighborhoods with around 600 residential units at full buildout.
