Just as the Lake Havasu landscape is unlike any other, Riviera Lake Havasu is a truly unique community within the Southwest. We’ve established a one-of-a-kind residential community that offers an exclusive and effortless connection to leisure and recreation. With unprecedented access to the stunning beauty of the desert, epic mountains and the turquoise waters of Lake Havasu, the Riviera creates a new standard for lakeside living.
Located along the shores of Lake Havasu, and the West coast of Arizona, Havasu Riviera encompasses everything desirable in Lake Havasu – the desert, the lake, the beauty, and the lifestyle that is Lake Havasu City.
Encompassing over 550 acres, Havasu Riviera is truly a unique opportunity for recreation, education and living. The project includes 280 acres of recreational and educational development by Lake Havasu City; Havasu Riviera State Park and Marina – a waterfront marina and boat launch facility developed through a partnership between Arizona State Parks and Komick Enterprises; and the Riviera residential community – a World class residential development, featuring around 670 homes with unparalleled lake, mountain and desert views.
The Marina View neighborhood at Riviera will feature 74 single family lots, 22 townhomes, a commercial sales center and a community pool facility. This neighborhood is situated closest to the Havasu Riviera State Park and Marina and offers an active lifestyle unlike any other.
Coming Soon! The Wren Cove neighborhood at Riviera will feature 73 single family lots positioned strategically along the washes and ridges in the heart of the Riviera community. These single family sites offer an amazing array of views from the desert and surrounding mountains, to intimate views of Wren Cove and sweeping views of the entire lake.
The Havasu Riviera State Park and Marina will provide residents and visitors of Lake Havasu City and the Riviera community with a plethora of lakefront amenities to compliment the active Lake Havasu lifestyle. This project will feature a 6 lane boat ramp, large marina with an assortment of slip sizes, marina store, restaurant and bar, fuel dock, day use beach areas, and future dry boat storage facility.
Yes. There is a master association – the Havasu Riviera Community Association. Each neighborhood within the community is set up with a neighborhood declaration that may, or may not have, separate covenants, rules and regulations and has a neighborhood assessment based upon the amount of common areas, landscaping, types of streets and amenities provided in the neighborhood.
The master association fees are $40 / month.
The neighborhood assessment fees for Marina View are $110 / month. The neighborhood assessment fees for Wren Cove are $100 / month.
The master association will have minimal common community facilities. At this time these facilities are limited to entry station, gates, sidewalks, streets, landscaping, and hiking trails. Each neighborhood will have facilities and amenities unique to the neighborhood. For example, some may have a pool facility like Marina View.
RV garages are allowed to be built in Riviera. Most of the homesites are set up to allow enough height to facilitate an RV garage door on the front of the home and/or are provided from a lower street to allow for large RV garages to be tucked under the main residence.
Water, sewer, electrical and telecommunication is provided underground to the lot line of each lot.

2,000 square feet
Maintaining maximum heights is important to preserving views for lots throughout the community. Each lot has an assigned maximum height and the design guidelines further dictate how much of the structure can be at that maximum height. In general the maximum height is 15 feet in Marina View and 16 feet in Wren Cove. Some lots vary and each neighborhood is different. The approved lot exhibits stipulate the maximum height for each lot and the design guidelines, and any supplements, stipulate how much of the residence can be at the maximum height – typically 40%.
Lot setbacks can vary but in general are: Front – 20 feet, Rear – 15 feet, Sides – 5 feet. The approved lot exhibit stipulates the setbacks for each lot and the design guidelines, and any supplements, further define building setbacks within each neighborhood.
